Admissions Procedures:

1. Parents’ information form (enclosed) and $25.00 application fee to be mailed to the school.

2. Upon receipt, the application packet will be mailed to the parents.

3. Parents should carefully review the contents, complete and sign the required forms.

4. After completion of packet information, mail all signed paperwork back to the school along with the tuition fee. Handbook is to be kept by the family.

5. Upon receipt, information will be verified and you will be contacted about acceptance or denial.

At this time, you will be informed of the next New Family Orientation meeting (and High School Orientation when applicable). You will not be enrolled in the school until you have attended this meeting(s).

6. Curriculum or order forms for curriculum must be brought to this meeting. Children and spouse are welcome to attend.

Requirements:

Completion and return of the following forms (which will be sent after application fee is received):

• Application for enrollment
• Written testimony of salvation
• Student registration form from each student
• Church school enrollment from each student
• Statement of faith / Statement of cooperation
• Consent and Release form from each student

Active Member of a local church

Attendance at New Family Orientation meeting

Attendance at High School Orientation meeting if children are in eighth grade or above

Yearly mandatory faculty meeting

Grades and attendance reports at the end of each semester

Daily lesson plans kept for each student by parent / teacher

180 days in attendance (field trips and activity days are counted as school days)

Adult supervision during the hours of 8:00 – 3:00 for school children up to 12 years of age

Graduation exam for diploma program (fee charged)

Fees:

$25.00 one time application/registration fee per family(non-refundable)

$125.00 tuition per year per family

$10.00 ACSI dues per year per child
